Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accessing, or using Altiora, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If you use Altiora for an agency or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
The platform
Altiora provides software for real-estate teams, including listing pages, contact and showing workflows, communications, voice features, and AI-assisted tools. We may update, improve, or discontinue features while maintaining reasonable continuity of the service.
Altiora is a technology platform. It is not a real-estate broker, seller, buyer, landlord, lender, appraiser, legal adviser, or party to a property transaction. Agencies and their users are solely responsible for their listings, representations, advice, negotiations, legal disclosures, and compliance with applicable laws.
Accounts, agencies, and access
Keep your credentials confidential and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Agency owners and authorized administrators are responsible for assigning roles and maintaining appropriate access for their teams.
You must provide accurate information and use the service only for legitimate professional purposes. We may suspend or restrict access to protect users, the platform, or third parties.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you submit to Altiora. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as necessary to operate, support, and improve the service.
- Ensure that your listings, images, descriptions, prices, availability, and contact information are accurate, current, and lawful.
- Obtain all permissions, notices, and consents required for contacts, messages, recordings, and personal information you place in the platform.
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or confidential third-party information without authorization.
AI, messaging, and calls
AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by a qualified person before it is relied on or shared. Do not treat Aria's output as legal, financial, fair-housing, or real-estate advice.
You are responsible for complying with applicable telemarketing, messaging, recording, consent, disclosure, and data-protection rules when using communications features. Where recording or transcription is enabled, you must provide any notices and obtain any consents required by law.
Fees, subscriptions, and taxes
Paid services are billed according to the plan and interval you select. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos unless stated otherwise and may exclude applicable taxes. Usage or plan limits apply as described on the pricing page or in your order.
You may manage or cancel a subscription through the available billing tools. Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, payments are non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits or security measures, scrape the platform without permission, introduce malware, impersonate another person, or use Altiora to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of user or AI-generated content, lead outcomes, property availability, or the completion of any transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altiora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Altiora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, misuse, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
